Description
Distinon Tablet 10’S
Distinon Tablet is a medicine used in the treatment of myasthenia gravis (a neuromuscular disorder where the muscles become weak and fatigue easily), paralytic ileus (impaired muscle contraction in the intestine that does not allow the food to pass through it), urinary retention (an inability to completely empty the urine from the bladder) after surgery. It works by inhibiting the breakdown of a chemical substance called acetylcholine in the body, thus improving muscle strength. Distinon Tablet may cause side effects like skin rash, diarrhoea, abdominal cramps, weakness, nausea, and vomiting. These side effects generally subside by themselves. However, consult your doctor if they persist or worsen. Avoid driving vehicles or operating machines, as this medicine may cause miosis (excessive constriction of the pupil of the eye) and accommodation disorders (an eye focusing problem).
