These conditions include peptic ulcers (open sores on the walls of the stomach, small intestine, and food pipe), erosive esophagitis (swelling of the food pipe), and gastroesophageal reflux disease (a condition where the stomach acid flows back into the food pipe). Pan 20 Tablet reduces excess acid production in your stomach and relieves the symptoms such as heartburn, inability to swallow food, stomach pain, and vomiting. Pan 20 Tablet shows side effects like nausea, vomiting, headache, stomach pain, watery stools, and dizziness. These side effects are mild and subside by themselves. Consult your doctor if these side effects worsen or last for a long time. Pan 20 Tablet should be taken preferably one hour before a meal. The dosage and duration of taking this medication will be decided by your doctor. If you take Pan 20 Tablet for heartburn, it may take 1-2 days to control your symptoms.
