Telma-CT 40/12.5 Tablet is a combination of Telmisartan and Chlorthalidone. It is a medicine used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). This medicine relaxes the blood vessels to promote the smooth flow of blood and increases water excretion from the body, thus decreasing high blood pressure. Telma-CT 40/12.5 Tablet shows some common side effects like dizziness, nausea, headache, diarrhoea, and upset stomach. You may experience frequent urination while taking this medicine. This is due to the action of this medicine, not a side effect. Avoid taking the medicine if you are allergic to it.
