Tide Plus 20 tablet is a combination of two drugs. It is used for effective management of blood pressure (hypertension) and fluid retention (oedema). This drug combination acts by maintaining and balancing the body’s potassium levels. It is recommended to take Tide Plus 20 tablet first thing in the morning along with a meal. This helps in avoiding frequent bedtime urination. It is also suggested that Tide Plus 20 tablet should be taken simultaneously every day. The daily dose and frequency of the tablet depends on the condition for which you are taking the medicine. Your healthcare provider will decide this depending on the severity of your condition. You should adhere to taking the medicine for as long as it has been prescribed to you or till your healthcare provider says otherwise
