Virolfi 450mg Tablet is used to treat cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection of the retina (retinitis). it is also used to keep patients from contracting CMV after receiving an organ transplant from a CMV-infected donor. Virolfi 450mg Tablet should be taken according to your doctor instructions for dosage and duration. Even if you feel better, do not miss any doses and complete the entire course of treatment. it is best to take it with food. If you forget to take a dose, do so as soon as possible. However, if your next dose is approaching, skip the missing dose and return to your regular schedule. Do not take two doses. While on this medicine’s treatment, you should drink lots of water to avoid dehydration and renal damage.
