Omez Cap is primarily used to manage various acid-related disorders of the stomach and oesophagus. This medication falls under the category of proton pump inhibitors. In addition to its chief use, this tablet is indicated to relieve heartburn and other symptoms caused by acid reflux and aid in healing damage to the oesophagus. It’s also used to promote the healing of gastric and duodenal ulcers and prevent their recurrence. Furthermore, it’s beneficial in reducing excessive stomach acid production triggered by tumours in the pancreas or duodenum and is used alongside antibiotics to eliminate H. pylori bacteria that can cause ulcers.
